今天17时，中央气象台认为北部湾的低压已经具备热带风暴强度，提升编号为19号台风，暂时没名字。因为台风命名权在日本气象厅。在日本气象厅未编号前，这个台风就没名字，等日本编号后，会命名为台风紫檀。
