哈投股份(600864)8月21日公告，因工作调整，张名佳辞去公司董事会秘书职务。辞任后，张名佳继续在公司担任副总经理职务。
经公司董事会审议，同意聘任苗雨担任公司董事会秘书。苗雨此前担任英利汽车(601279)董事会秘书。
