8月21日，香港交易所周五将实施为期三年的短期豁免，延长新上市申请有效期至12个月，好让保荐人等更好地保障申请材料及上市文件质量。在符合一定条件及保障措施的情况下，合资格新上市申请的有效期由递交上市申请表格之日起计，由6个月延长至12个月。该豁免将自本公告之日起三年内适用（即2026年8月21日至2029年8月20日）。
