8月21日，武汉2宗东湖新技术开发区宅地出让，总成交金额8.35亿元。其中，康桥街住宅项目吸引了多家房企参与竞价，经过122轮激烈竞价后，最终十堰汉成置业以总价7.43亿元斩获地块，成交楼面价14738元/㎡，溢价率49%；长岭住宅项目则由武汉葛化集团以底价0.93亿元竞得，成交楼面价4978元/㎡。
