近日，广东江门市国樾府物业服务中心发布下调物业费的通告，自2026年8月起，该小区住宅、商铺、车位物业费同步下调，成为江门首个主动降低物业费的住宅小区，引发市民广泛关注。
据悉，国樾府小区住宅建筑面积为85㎡-115㎡。按通告内容，住宅物业费从2.4元/㎡/月下调到2元/㎡/月，以115㎡户型为例，下调物业费后一年能省下500多元。
