8月19日，被李佳琦直播带火的“烘焙町面包”发布致歉信称，近期店铺在网上收获不少热度，订单量已远超承载负荷，店铺第一时间下架了全平台商品链接，不再继续售卖。 致歉信还称，由于订单量暴增，部分订单会出现发货超时情况，此次爆单也暴露了店铺诸多不足，对此向所有顾客致歉。
