8月18日，首开股份（600376.SH）公告称，公司及控股子公司首开亿信因与美驰建材、美驰低碳、香港美驰及张某群存在合同纠纷，向北京市第四中级人民法院提起诉讼，涉案金额约11.43亿元(不包括违约金)。案件已受理未开庭，目前尚无法判断对公司本期利润或期后利润的影响。
