8月18日，爱玛科技（603529.SH）公告称，公司副总经理、财务总监郑慧此前披露拟通过集中竞价方式减持不超过20.00万股，减持比例不超过公司总股本的0.0233%，减持期间为2026年5月19日至2026年8月18日。截至减持计划时间届满，郑慧未实施任何减持操作，期间持股数量变动系公司回购注销其15万股未达解除限售条件的限制性股票，目前郑慧持有公司股份80.801万股，占公司总股本的0.0935%。本次减持相关操作合规，与此前披露计划一致。
