格隆汇8月18日｜英国就业数据显示，失业率意外维持在4.9%不变，高于经济学家预期的4.8%；而截至6月份的三个月内，就业人数有所下降；剔除奖金后，季度平均收入增长3.5%，高于预期的3.4%。安本集团策略师Felix Feather在一份报告中表示，英国劳动力市场已经持续一段时间趋于宽松，这支持了英国央行今年剩余时间维持利率不变的理由。数据公布后，英镑兑美元一度下跌0.1%至1.3519美元；欧元兑英镑上涨0.1%至0.8554英镑。
