8月17日，新疆阜康市林业和草原局通报：2026年8月5日，周某、叶某某、韩某某、顾某某4人未经审批，擅自进入新疆天池博格达峰自然保护区开展徒步穿越活动。我局依法对4名当事人分别作出行政处罚。新疆天池博格达峰自然保护区是天山北坡典型山地生态系统，生态地位极其重要，保护区核心区、缓冲区严禁未经审批开展徒步、探险、穿越等活动。
