品玩8月17日讯，据techcrunch报道，Stripe已敲定收购AI网关初创公司OpenRouter的交易，价格超过70亿美元。此前The Wall Street Journal曾披露双方正在洽谈，Stripe方面对TechCrunch表示不对传闻或猜测发表评论。
OpenRouter帮助用户根据具体需求和预算选择不同AI模型执行任务，提供统一接入点以避免供应商锁定。该公司今年5月宣布完成1.13亿美元B轮融资，估值约13亿美元，投资方包括Sequoia、Andreessen Horowitz、Menlo Ventures及Alphabet旗下Capital G。
OpenRouter CEO Alex Atallah曾将公司定位为"AI领域的Stripe"。该公司称目前拥有800万全球用户，提供超过400个模型的接入服务。
