新京报贝壳财经讯 8月16日，高争民爆公告称，藏建集团拟将其持有的公司9419.56万股（占总股本34.00%）控股权股份，无偿划转至地矿集团。双方于2026年8月5日签订《无偿划转协议》。本次无偿划转后，地矿集团将持有上市公司9419.56万股股份，占上市公司总股本的34.00%，成为上市公司控股股东；藏建集团将持有上市公司6478.54万股股份，占上市公司总股本的23.38%。公司实际控制人仍是西藏自治区国资委。
