今夏法国近500人因涉嫌野火纵火被捕，其中超过180人为未成年人。
这些并非意外火灾。法国当局正应对大规模故意纵火事件，同时克罗地亚一度假胜地发生火灾，导致1人死亡、40人受伤，并迫使1200人疏散，而欧盟则警告整个欧洲大陆存在“极端严重”的条件。
当纵火问题内部还存在青少年犯罪问题时，仅靠扑灭火灾无法解决这一问题。
