8月14日，昊志机电（300503）发布公告，计划使用自有资金回购部分人民币普通股（A股），回购金额不低于1亿元且不超过1.5亿元，回购价格上限为120元/股，预计回购股份数量在83万股至125万股，占总股本的0.27%至0.41%。
2026年中期，昊志机电实现收入11.66亿元，归母净利润2.32亿元。
