8月14日，根据中国证券监督管理委员会广东监管局发布的公告，横琴创梦瑞通投资管理有限公司因在私募投资基金管理业务中存在违规行为，被责令改正。
经查，该公司一是运营资金与管理规模不匹配；二是未向中基协报送真实的员工、办公场所信息，且在旗下基金的审计报告、定期报告、财务报告中，未正确披露对外投资的公允价值。
