8月13日，青岛市委政法委为河南摄影师父子赵新军、赵龙龙颁发“见义勇为模范”证书。7月6日清晨，53岁的赵新军在栈桥跳海救起一名西安小伙；34天后，8月8日下午，赵新军的儿子一一退役军人赵龙龙在第三海水浴场顶着风浪，将一对落水母子救回。两次救援均情况危急，但二人事后都婉拒了获救者的酬谢。
