8月14日，良信股份（002706）发布公告，公司决定免去程秋高财务总监职务，程秋高仍继续担任公司董事会秘书。
同时，公司聘任潘进为财务总监，任期为自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第七届董事会任期届满时止。
2026年中期，良信股份实现收入25.38亿元，归母净利润1.54亿元。
