8月14日，绿地控股（600606）发布公告，公司及控股子公司在2026年7月14日至8月12日，新增逾期债务20.71亿元，其中涉及诉讼的逾期债务8.88亿元；累计逾期债务309.42亿元。
2026年7月26日至8月12日期间，公司新增诉讼1275件，累计金额39.02亿元。
公司表示，截至目前，公司所处的房地产及基建行业依旧处于调整周期，公司及控股子公司在诉讼及债务方面仍面临一定压力。
2026年一季度，绿地控股实现收入278.11亿元，归母净利润2.04亿元。
