【外国企业对特定动态随机存取存储器设备及其下游产品和组件（III）提起337调查申请】财联社8月14日电，据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2026年8月11日，美国Netlist, Inc根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定动态随机存取存储器（DRAM）设备及其下游产品和组件（III）（Certain Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof (III)）违反了美国337条款。美国Micron Technology, Inc. of Boise, ID、美国Micron Semiconductor Products, Inc. of Allen, TX、美国Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. of Spring, TX、中国北京Lenovo Group Ltd.of China、美国Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville, NC、美国Super Micro Computer, Inc. of San Jose, CA为列名被告。
