日本千叶县政府8月14日发布最新消息称，强降雨已造成当地4人死亡、1人心肺停止，此外还有1人失踪、5人不同程度受伤。
据日本气象厅消息，千叶县自8月13日傍晚以后持续出现强降雨。其中，千叶市截至当地时间14日凌晨1时的12小时累计降雨量达到347毫米，为有记录以来的最高值。半天内的降雨量已接近往年8月整个月平均降雨量的3倍。（总台报道员 李茜文）
