北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 周义力）8月13日，国家金融监督管理总局甘肃监管局发布行政处罚信息公示表显示，平安银行兰州分行因存在流动资金需求测算不审慎等违法行为被处罚款110万元。相关责任人员周侠年、张海波、王鹏被警告并罚款共计人民币15万元。
