中国航空新闻网讯：据外媒8月12日报道，大韩航空将于12月17日完成对韩亚航空运营的整合，从而完成历时六年多的合并进程。
据悉，大韩航空董事会于8月12日批准了合并协议，韩亚航空股东也于同日以压倒性多数投票赞成该协议。此次合并是一个漫长的过程，曾因监管障碍而延误。2024年12月，大韩航空收购韩亚航空63.9%的股份。
