8月13日，中信国际电讯（01883）发布公告，董事会宣布王华由公司的非执行董事调任为执行董事，并获委任为财务总监及董事会财务委员会成员。
王华，自2024年5月21日起获委任为公司非执行董事，曾长期在中信集团从事财务工作，曾参与中信股份（00267）整体上市等重大项目，并曾担任中信重工（601608）董事。王华每年可收取薪酬为214万港元。
