8月13日，韩国私募股权巨头Hahn & Co.宣布，其控制的两家韩国航运公司SK Shipping与H-Line Shipping已达成资产与长期合同交换协议。根据协议，SK Shipping将接收来自H-Line的16艘液化天然气（LNG）运输船及相关长期合同；作为对价，SK Shipping将向H-Line转让12艘油轮、相关长期合同以及约3亿美元现金。
交易完成后，SK Shipping的LNG船队规模将扩大至32艘，并拥有14艘液化石油气（LPG）船，一举成为亚洲最大、全球第三大LNG运输船运营商。
