8月12日18时30分，河南省信阳市气象台升级发布暴雨红色预警：
目前信阳市肖王镇及周边降水量已达80毫米，预计未来3小时内，平桥区的肖店乡、龙井乡、肖王镇的降水量将达100毫米以上且降水持续，请注意防范。
