8月12日，锋龙股份（002931.SZ）公告称，公司拟向绍兴锦昌电气转让全资子公司浙江麦胜机械100%股权，交易价格暂定3400万元。同时，持股5%以上股东董剑刚为公司履行协议无偿提供连带责任担保。转让完成后，麦胜机械不再纳入公司合并报表范围。本次交易不构成重大资产重组。
