8月10日，界面新闻随“活力中国调研行”湖南站活动，走进位于长沙市天心区坡子街街道的长沙油脂厂。 1936年建成的长沙油脂厂，曾是城市粮油供应的重要枢纽，最大储存量近2000吨。随着时代变迁，老厂退出历史舞台。如今，经过城市更新改造，这座工业遗存变身“艺文新秀场”。
