8月12日，中原证券（601375.SH）公告，公司全资子公司中鼎开源拟认缴出资2000万元，与中原金象、金象接力基金以及洛阳文旅基金共同发起设立河南象鼎数字股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“基金”）。基金规模不超过1.04亿元，主要投资于洛阳文化旅游投资集团有限公司旗下的控股子公司。
