8月12日，兆科眼科（06622）发布公告，公司近日已与澎湃生物医药（北京）有限公司就盐酸依匹斯汀滴眼液签订独家分销及推广协议，涵盖中国（不包括香港、澳门及台湾）的所有销售渠道。
据该协议，公司与澎湃生物医药将开展合作。若澎湃生物前5年内达成至少80%的累计采购目标，且并无其他重大违反该协议的情况，则合作期应自动续期一次，使合约总期限延长至10年。
