香港金管局公告称，以特区政府代表身份推出的1年期港元隔夜平均指数挂钩债券，将于2026年8月12日9时30分至10时30分投标，8月13日交收。债券总值15亿港元，2027年8月13日期满，利率与港元隔夜平均指数挂钩，每三个月派息一次。投标仅第一市场交易商可参与，每项投标须以5万港元或其整数倍数为单位。投标结果预计不迟于投标日下午3时公布。
