东百集团8月11日披露半年报，公司上半年实现营业收入9.44亿元，同比增长1.68%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润7473.37万元，同比增长4.44%；基本每股收益0.0859元/股。公司拟向全体股东每股派发现金红利0.04元（含税）。报告期内，仓储物流业务项目全面投入运营，出租率提升，营业收入增加，该业务净利润较上期增加600万元，其他板块业务基本持平。
