芯片股多数上涨，费城半导体指数涨超1%，阿斯麦、英伟达、ARM等上涨，英特尔、AMD、博通下跌。英伟达涨近2%，正在开发一款新的Nemotron 4开源AI模型。SK海力士涨近3%，拟将中国工厂NAND产能提高50%。RIOT涨逾19%，Anthropic与该公司达成90亿美元交易。
