怎么在家自己做芒果雪媚娘

雪媚娘源自日本，原名为“大福”，是日本的地道点心之一，外皮是QQ的雪媚娘冰皮，在日本它的馅料都是当季的真材实料的水果为主。

雪媚娘细白软糯，第一口咬到的是特别Q滑的冰皮，里面是奶香怡人的淡奶油，裹着香甜多汁的芒果粒，酸酸甜甜、口感丰富。咬一口就能享受到她的清甜软滑，让你完全停不下来。冷藏后的口感更佳，轻轻一口下去，细软中还带着隐隐的甜意和凉意。

芒果雪梅娘

材料：牛奶180ml；细砂糖60克；玉米淀粉30克；芒果2个；糯米粉100克；色拉油10克；炒熟糯米粉（手粉）30克。

芒果雪梅娘的做法

1.准备材料。

2.将白糖加入牛奶隔水融化。

3.筛入糯米粉和玉米淀粉搅拌均匀。

4.过筛2遍使其更为细腻。

5.上蒸锅，大火蒸15分钟。

6.取出趁热放入10克色拉油。

7.快速搅拌均匀。冷藏30分钟。

8.将奶油加少许白糖，打至渐显纹路。放冰箱冷藏。

9.芒果切丁备用。

10将面团分为12个小团。取一个擀开。（很粘手，手上粘些手粉。）

11.放入淡奶油。
