【台风“白海豚”停止编号】财联社8月11日电，台风“白海豚”今天上午在湖北省境内减弱为热带低压，目前其风力进一步减弱，已很难确定其环流中心，中央气象台17时对其停止编号。中央气象台提醒，停编不代表影响结束，未来黄淮、华北一带还会有残余环流带来的强降雨，注意安全。
