8月11日，佳力图（603912.SH）公告称，控股股东楷得投资自2025年11月14日至2026年8月10日，通过集中竞价、大宗交易减持及可转债转股被动稀释，使持股比例由27.99%降至26.74%。其中，2025年11月减持43.3万股，2026年7月因可转债转股被动稀释0.03%，8月7 - 10日大宗交易减持619万股。本次减持是履行计划，未实施完毕，不影响控股权，公司将持续披露进展。
