品玩8月11日讯，据theblock 报道，Riot Platforms宣布，已与一家"领先的前沿AI实验室"签署为期20年的数据中心租赁协议，为其位于德克萨斯州Rockdale园区提供191兆瓦IT算力容量，预计合同期内将产生约91亿美元收入。协议有效期至2048年6月，并包含两个五年延期选项，若全部行使，总合同价值可达161亿美元。
据报道，该合作方为AI公司Anthropic，但双方均未正式确认。Riot已获Morgan Stanley提供的5.73亿美元过渡融资，用于覆盖前期开发成本。
这是Riot今年签署的第二份大型数据中心租约。此前1月，公司已与AMD达成50兆瓦合作协议。两笔交易合计锁定241兆瓦算力，对应约98亿美元长期合约收入。
