8月9日下午，今年第13号台风“白海豚”在浙江登陆，最大风力达13级。台风期间，一段“水上房屋顺河漂浮”的视频在网络流传。视频画面显示，一处原本停靠在岸边的水上浮动平台，连同配套板房、引桥及停泊的舟艇，被大风和水流推离岸线，整体向河道中央漂移。
