每经讯，德海股份8月10日发布公告称，为了拓宽公司业务范围，提高公司综合盈利能力，增强公司的综合竞争力，公司拟收购江苏淮众智能科技有限公司100%股权，交易价格为0元，对应认缴出资额1000万元，公司尚需承担1000万元认缴出资义务。
