8月10日，受台风北侧螺旋雨带影响，上海早高峰风雨较为明显。为保障市民正常出行，上海市防汛办协调组织各路抢险队伍连续作业。 为保障周一早高峰通行，城投水务32支市级大型泵车队伍、46支机动抢险队，共计500余人员全部出动，开展道路积水抢排和积水路段雨水口清理作业。
