中国石化公告称，2025年10月29日，公司同意使用不超60亿元募集资金临时补充流动资金，使用期限不超12个月。截至2026年8月10日，公司已累计归还20亿元至募集资金专户，并通知保荐机构及保荐代表人，不存在超期情形。剩余40亿元将结合募投项目资金使用进度，在到期日前足额归还。
