新京报贝壳财经讯 8月9日，映翰通公告，拟以自有资金不低于2000万元(含)、不超过3000万元(含)回购公司股份，回购价格不超过56元/股(含)，所回购股份将用于注销并相应减少注册资本。回购期限为自股东会审议通过之日起6个月。本次回购方案尚需提交公司股东会审议。
