今天14时，今年第16号台风“琵鹭”生成，其中心位于距离关岛塞班北偏西方向约740公里的海面上。“琵鹭”名字源于我国澳门，是澳门一种常见的候鸟。目前形成了13号台风白海豚、15号台风灿鸿、16号台风琵鹭，三台风共舞的局面。台风琵鹭未来向东北方向移动，不影响我国。
