8月9日，受台风"白海豚"影响，本市轮渡全线停航，非机动车驾驶人过江受阻。上午7点半，闵行公安交管支队迅速启动应急预案，对银都路隧道上层采取临时管控措施，通过警车开道护送驾驶非机动车的市民安全过江，最大限度减少台风天气对市民出行的影响。
