每经AI快讯，据江苏自然资源公众号消息，受今年第13号台风“白海豚”影响，预计8月8日夜间至9日，江苏南部近海将出现3-5米大到巨浪；南通近岸海域将出现2.5-3.8米中到大浪。9日至10日，江苏沿海将出现一次50-100厘米风暴增水过程。江苏省自然资源厅已于8日发布海浪黄色警报，并根据《江苏省海洋灾害应急预案》规定，于8月8日12时针对南通市启动海洋灾害四级应急响应。
