东方航空发布新版《国内客票自愿退票和自愿变更实施细则》，适用2026年8月6日（含）以后销售、且2026年8月6日（含）以后开始旅行的国内客票，航班规定离站时间前14天办理自愿变更、自愿退票均可免费。
新版细则设置五档收费阶梯，距离起飞时间越近，变更及退票手续费越高。
