东丽潘庄棉三宿舍位于潘庄村紧里面，临近海河，距地铁十号线环宇道站仅几十米的距离。
虽然周边都已经拆迁，这里显得破烂不堪。但是，从发展的眼光看，这里地理位置优越，未来可期，值得期待。
