8月7日，恒隆集团有限公司及恒隆地产有限公司宣布委任蔡德粦为行政总裁及执行董事，于2026年10月1日生效。蔡德粦将接替卢韦柏，卢韦柏将继续任职行政总裁及执行董事至2026年9月30日。蔡德粦将于2026年9月7日加入恒隆，出任候任行政总裁及执行董事，并于2026年10月开始正式接替行政总裁一职。
