近日，广西北部湾银行发布公告称，该行副董事长、行长杨育智因工作调动，于近日向董事会提交辞呈，辞去副董事长、行长以及董事会战略及ESG委员会委员、董事会关联交易控制委员会委员、董事会风险管理委员会委员职务。杨育智的辞任自辞呈送达该行之日生效。截至本报告披露日，杨育智未持有广西北部湾银行股份。
