新华社华盛顿8月6日电 美国总统特朗普6日签署两项行政令，收紧“出生公民权”适用范围，并禁止赴美生育从而使新生儿获得美国公民身份的“生育旅游”。
这是特朗普第二次试图收紧“出生公民权”。特朗普2025年1月重返白宫后签署行政令，规定父母非美国公民或合法永久居民的新生儿不能自动获得美国公民身份。今年6月30日，美国最高法院作出裁定阻止这一行政令生效。（完）
