8月6日，动力源（600405）发布公告，胡一元因个人原因，申请辞去董事会秘书兼财务总监职务，之后不在公司继续任职。
公司同时聘任李慧为董事会秘书、张利萍为财务总监、李嘉欣为证券事务代表。
2026年一季度，动力源实现收入7962万元，归母净利润-3520万元。
